The button production process

After a long brainstorming about the most intuitive way to make our product accessible for the elderly, we decided to design a physical button that will be located in an available place and connect them with the volunteers. Delivering our solution in the shape of a physical button was a way of creating an analog bridge between them and what was until then a very unfriendly topic - technology.

During the button creation process, we focused on the needs of the elderly to use a comfortable, large-size, and pleasing product. We used the sizes of the hardware to estimate the most suitable button and print it with a three-dimensional printer.

Then, we painted it in colors that created a contrast so it will be easier to understand the use. Finally, we added our name of the product and we were very pleased with the result.
