This week we met 4 mentors that gave us a lot to think about.
Each mentor gave us his own perspective and let us know when he or she thinks.

We met Hagit Alon from Joy Ventures, and she told us she is very excited about our subject. With that said, she also said she knows someone who had done something similar, but it failed. Therefore she recommended us to talk to him and find out what were his weaknesses.
We also talked to Gilat Parag, that shared with us intimate details about her own mother, who is 90 today and is facing issues with technology. She recommended us to talk to non-profit organizations so we could understand better who their volunteers are. That way we can understand better who is our audience for our application.
Omer Pomerants, that besides being a mentor, he is also a lecturer at IDC. Omer could relate to our story and subject, and he thought that the idea of the app as a guidance tool is great. He also said that it would be great if we could create the integration between those who look for guidance, and those who supply the guidance.
Last but not least, we met Galit Galperin who also attended the speed-mentoring. Galit emphasized the need for simplicity. She thought that since this is an app basically designed for the elderly, it should be as simple as it gets. She also added that voice-based problem-recognition could be a very good idea.
After having thought, we decided to try and follow the mentors' guidelines and advice. Then, we could focus better on the solution we want to create.
So overall the things we want to accomplish this week:
- Talk to an entrepreneur that had dealt in the past with a similar solution
- Find out who could be our app's audience through non-profit organizations
- Explore common applications for specific services that have a good UX/UI
- Give an older person to try Alexa or Siri, to see if voice recognition works out well
