Week 4: Gathering Data

This week we continued our research. To get things better, we went to a retirement home. We interviewed some of the people, who were very happy to talk to us.

We did get a confirmation regarding the need we are focusing on - the need for independence and self-capability.

Some of the people we talked to said that technology is leaving them behind and that they feel uncomfortable to ask for help. Furthermore, they feel fear towards technology, since they grasp technology as something complicated.

Overall, we got a new perspective on the need, and we can define it better.
