Our Table for week 3

This week we continued our research for a need. To help us focus a bit, we filled in this canvas and tried to define a persona. Since we focused on the elderly, we interviewed a population of that kind. We narrowed their pain points to three main problems:
1. Loneliness - Naturally, older people feel lonely, and sometimes even bored. They miss their family and they are longing for some company.
2. Frustration because of new technologies, and feelings of shame - Older people sometimes don't get along with new technologies, and they are sometimes don't ask for help since they are ashamed.
3. Issues with getting around
We also defined a persona. We figured it would be best to try and brainstorm some of his or her characteristics. Finally, we decided on a persona we think is our main audience.
To help us figure out a little more, we added quotes we predict the persona will say. Some of those are real quotes from the interviews we conducted.
